Mr. Campbell ordered an item from us online. After receipt of his order, he sent us an email stating that we sent him the wrong product. He stated we should have gotten is order right. He asked, "Isn't this the business you are in?" When we confirmed that we did send him the correct product, being the old part he took off of his machine had deteriorated, giving it a different appearance, we never heard from him again, no apology, no "ok thanks", nothing. The title of this review reflects exactly how we would describe this customer.
