The customer refused to go down to the post office and pick up the package. He filed a charge dispute with his bank instead. We never got the merchandise back, so we suffered a loss.

    We shipped a $1000 order to this customer's verified billing address of credit card used. Son Thai claimed he didn't authorize the order and filed a dispute with his card issuing bank and won. The address above is customer's prior address. He lived there when we received the order. Later he moved. Peoplesmart.com reports he now resides at 1733 Lynnville Trl Austin, TX 78727. We lost bigtime on this one!

    We shipped a large order to Mr. Barrow at this address. Mr. Barrow filed an unauthorized charge dispute with his bank. We verified that the address and phone were Mr. Barrow's. The customer's bank also verified that this was the actual billing address of the card. We don't know exactly what happened, but someone in that household placed the order, whether it was Mr. Barrow or whoever. We never got the merchandise back. The bank sided with the customer, so we took a major loss.

    We shipped a large order to Mr. Boyer. After a couple of weeks, we received notification that Mr. Boyer had filed non-receipt of order dispute with his bank. When tracking the package, it seems the package was out for delivery, but was never updated after that. We tried to reach Mr. Boyer many times, with no response. We have had many cases like this, when the postal carrier actually delivered the package, but just set the package on the porch, or handed it to the recipient, not noticing that a signature was required. If the carrier placed the package on the porch, someone could have stole the package, however, we still have never heard from Mr. Boyer, in spite of our many attempts to call him, left several voicemails and sent several emails. Normally, when these things happen, the customer will assist in trying to find the package, go by the local post office, talk to or leave a note for their carrier. As a result we lost several hundred dollars, being of course the customer’s bank ruled in favor of the customer. I would think twice before sending an order of any size to this address.

We called the phone number listed above (also verified to be in Austin Jordan's name). A man answered, but stated he did not place the order. He also stated that he was not Austin Jordan. We are currently trying to fight the chargeback. I would think twice before shipping an order to this address, or the same might happen to you.
